When a guy says he would love you if he was single what does it mean?
i was dating a guy for a while we both were very physically attracted to one another and things broke up as i was upset about my job etc a little needy at the time...he always stares at me when we are out and the other day i apoligised to him and he said i was one of the most lovely people he had met and that initially he was intimidated by my job ( i have quite a high powered job and earn good money) he also said he thought i was gorgeous back then and still does, i said i was leaving and he kept on grabbing me and said he would love me...if he was single..When i chatted about one of my ex boyfriends he got jealous and said 'what about us?'. He has only just started to date someone else..i have always been infatuated with him and vice versa..what should i do should i ask him for a drink as friends, i think he could of beena potential one

The same thing is happening to be right now...its an ugly situation but its better if you just forget about him unless you have feelings for him but sometimes its better to forget the past...what happened ..happened and the past is the past...we can't go back to the past and if your relationship didn't work out u'll find someone better the second time...so just be strong and leave the completely "weird" situation he has put u in....GOOD LuCk

The first thing you did wrong was think of him as the one, there is no such thing always remember that. This guy is keeping you on the side lines so that when things go wrong with his current girlfriend he will have you to fall back on.
Be strong girl and find yourself a man who will adore you and only you!!

What he said was very plain. He is interested and finds you intriguing, however, he is obviously involved with someone. So, he is off limits and you should respect your self and him enough to leave him alone. Don't be so underhanded trying to date a man who has already made it clear to you that he has someone. If he will cheat with you, eventually he will cheat on you. Good luck and God bless****

my motto is if he is dating her and out with you then you dont need him. If i could get a guy to leave a girl for me or cheat with me then i dont want a relationship with him He might be fun for a temporary time but not to trust

If he have a girl you should not bother him. Because it's not right for the other girl. You had your chance so move on it's somebody out there for you.

sounds like he is not happy in his relationship. try hanging out with him as friend and see what happends.
