Baby shampoos are generaly non toxic for that reason. Have her call: 1-800-222-1222 its to the National Poison Control center. They will put her fears to rest or tell what if anything she needs to do.
I went to Johnson and Johnsons website and they have a warning if the child ingests diaper rash cream but it doesnt have a warning for the shampoo. Just wanted to let you know that.

I couldn't find anything on the Beloved Internet that suggests J&J's Baby Shampoo is anything other than non-toxic. But you can always call Poison Control to be sure.
I did find a lengthy explanation of all the ingredients in J&J's Baby Shampoo: http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=137974

If it were that toxic, do you think it would be used as BABY shampoo. Manufactures know that baby products have to be safe for the occasional accidental ingestion.
Tell her to go the ER if she is that worried, but having said this, if she really is that worried, she should have gone straight there anyway.

Tell her to relax, give her baby some water, and if she's REALLY freaked to call poison control.

I'd try him on Baby milk first, it so much more nutritious and there's no bubbles from his bum, Happy feeding.
