I wanted to start Summer Session 1 at my college at the end of May. Is it already to late to apply for financial aid? I know for the Summer Session 2 starting July 1st that it would be the FAFSA form for 2007-2008 right? Need Help.

I'd apply NOW.
It takes MONTHS and I mean MONTHS. You can apply, but that paperwork sits there for about 3 months until they get back to you. Then they make you fill out more, and more paperwork and THEN you finally get your money. I applied almost a year ago (Around August time) and finally got my FIRST check last month.
I'd apply now.

That's correct and your're right about it being too late for the '06-07' year. It wouldn't hurt to try but I wouldn't sign up for any classes until you know if you got it or not.
Summer I & II will be on the '07-'08 school year though.
