Everyone already answered this one correctly, except for that last guy...
There are no bacteria in your stomach. They exist strictly in the intestine.

NO NO NO. Doing this could really hurt you. Drinking hydrogen peroxide will not help with this or any other ailment. It will not help clean toxins out of you blood or intestines or all sorts of other weird things some people are saying and also trying to sell stuff to you. Go to a health care professional ( MD ) and get your ulcer properly diagnosed and treated. An ulcer is nothing to fool with and can be life endangering if not treated.

No. Hydrogen Peroxide is a disinfectant. Only a portion of it is broken down by the catalytic effect of metals in the blood, and it works as a disinfectant before it contacts the blood. It's not a really strong disinfectant, by the way, and not much more effective than soap and water. If the wound is dirty, soap and water is probably better, but not for the reasons you give in your question. Try an internet search on "disinfectant properties of Hydrogen Peroxide."

Don't drink peroxide to cure an ulcer. Where did you get this?
Just go to the MD and have it evaluated. Many ulcers are caused by a bacteria, Heliobactor Pylori. They can check for this and treat it with antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors. These regimons have been proven to heal ulcers by double-blind FDA regulated studies.

No!!! That could make it worse. All these "remedies" we keep hearing about the wondrous hydrogen peroxide is just urban legend. Used incorrectly it can cause burn damage.
Seek out medical attention...ulcers are caused by bacteria and can be treated with antibiotics.
