Performance of what? Sorry but it isn't clear even whether you are asking for a fast bit of software (for doing what) or a good bit of speed measuring software.

Its unclear what your after but If its performance monitoring your after try Sisoftware sandra lite.
pretty good all rounder.
There are others for more specific monitoring.
