Please Help?

Question

why is it today when we were at a party, i was telling him something, then he responded to my breast rather than my face. then the other day he grabbed my butt in class acting as if no one saw him. we were in his friends pool and then i saw him and his 3 other friends across the backyard pointing at my chess and looking preverted. he knows im upset but he is still being a jerk. he was never like this, just all of a sudden...wats up with that?? advice!
