how do u make a an mp3 fit an 80 min span( so that i can burn it)?

i dont want to take any parts out though. i just want the speed to go faster to fit 80 min

Looks like GoldWave will do what you want, search the link below for Time Warp and you'll see that it can alter the playback speed without changing the duration. I'm sure there are other tools that will do this too.
