You shouldn't......your body needs some carbohydrates and not all carbohydrates are bad. Your body needs fiber found in whole grain carbohydrates. Meat alone is really bad for your body and you only need around 2 servings a day.

No, absolutely not. Your total caloric intake balanced with the amount of calories you use per day should determine how much you eat. If you want to lose weight, eat less and exercise more. If you want to gain weight, eat more calories per day than you burn.
Please, please, please try to eat a balanced diet. I am on heart medication for the rest of my life because of heart damage due to acute malnutrition. I didn't eat properly because I have issues with certain foods (won't eat them) and it has probably cut my life span in ways we still haven't discovered, as if that heart problem isn't 'bonus' enough. It's not worth it. Eat properly, ok?
