Well, just think about the weather. In the winter it's freezing, way too cold for any fans to want to come out, and in the summer it's super hot, too hot for the track to be fast. There are a lot of fans over there, but also up north the population density isn't as great, so it would be harder to draw fans up there.

I totally agree! I'm in Wisconsin and there are tons of Nascar fans here and I'm sure a lot of us would love to have a track here! All the other states listed should have one too and u r right in sayin that they would sell out.

There is a NASCAR track in Wisconsin (The Milwaukee Mile) used by the NASCAR Busch Series and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, The racing there is exceptional, go check it out this summer.

I know they use to have a race in Milwaukee at the Milwaukee Mile for the Nextel Cup, but got rid of it for some reason. I believe the Busch series still runs there. They cannot have a race that every track that can handle a race otherwise there wouldnt be time for an offseason.

There is a race track that was just built by Rusty Wallace for Sprint races and it has had one Busch race there. It's in Newton, Iowa. If you support this track, maybe there will be more Busch races and thus that will lead to the big Nextel races. It might be worth a try and in the mean time, you may just have a little fun while doing it.

the 1st paved race course interior the U. S. replaced into the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and that song dates back to 1909, so in all of motorsports, it must be the Brickyard. basically in NASCAR by myself, the oldest-surviving song on the schedule is Martinsville, so as that gets a nod from me because of the fact the superb historic history. Daytona sea coast has a lot of inventory vehicle racing history, however the present song wasn't around till 10 or so years after NASCAR replaced into formed. it fairly is my style 2 song in terms of history, yet Martinsville replaced into around plenty longer. Darlington ranks up there as #3.

NO WAY! Not if it means taking away New Hampshire. That place is packed every time. We New Englander's love it when the NASCAR Nextel Cup event comes up north.
They better not take anything from New Hampshire. I already travel to Charlotte just to watch the Lowe's team. We also love Louden and I bet there would be plenty of people screaming if you took a race out of New England.

I agree that there should be another track in the midwest. I am from Wisconsin and of course the closest one is Chicago or Milwaukee for the busch race. But there should be more, another one anywhere up here would be awesome.
