The world respects those who set trends, not those who follow them. So whatever doctors or bmi charts may say set your own standards. I am your height and weigh 100 lb. Have been this weight for a few decades and have always been in good health. So I see nothing wrong in being this weight. A few years ago, I remember corresponding with a girl who is 5'6" and weighed 200 lb. She is again in perfectly good health and confidently said she was perfectly comfortable with her weight. So whatever weight you are, as long as you are in good health it is fine.

Throw your scale out the window. It lies, deceives... the only thing its good for is telling you how dehydrated you are.

Muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle raises your metabolism level, energy level, and makes you look good.

Typically if you're doing a good job on your exercise program, you won't notice much of a change in your weight; that is unless you're obese. If fat is being replaced with muscle, you're going to look good. Trust your mirror, not your scale. And please, I beg you, don't starve yourself.
