What is the difference between those 2? Are they both bad right?
the "good" fat is the mono-unsaturated fat right?

I think you should have both only in moderation

Trans fat is the worst kind of Fat, actually unless the label said NONE Trans or Sat Fat, because 0g don't mean none, could be 0.3G but as long not = to 1G. The main reason why most fast food menu is very unhealthy and easily get you obese because they contain high Trans Fat especailly burgers, very slowly they had remove trans fat form the menu because of federal regulation yet is still very slow process.
