Confronting stupid, annoying people is not a good option. Two reasons for this:

Reason one is the "never mud-wrestle with a pig" rationale: Never mud-wrestle with a pig-- you just get dirty, and the pig likes it.

Reason number two: stupid, annoying people are sometimes unbalanced and dangerous also. If you confront someone who is stupid and annoying, you may find out the hard way that they are also unbalanced and dangerous. And this is the type of mistake you only have to make once to be very, very, very sorry indeed.

I would say it depends on the person your dealing with, if they are annoying and stupid in a harmless way, like that's just their personality, then smile, nod and ignore them. If it's bullying, aggressive type of annoyance, then sometimes confrontation is the only way to stop it.

We are all annoying and stupid to someone from time to time. Most people do the best they can by what they know.I found that I can learn something from every one;from the drunk on the corner to the surgeon in the hospital.Listen and control your emotions and you might find knowledge available to you that you weren't aware of.Perhaps these "stupid people" can show you how not to be. Have a great day.

People who are annoying are so because people give them attention. The more attention you give to someone who annoys you, the more they will feed off of it and continue the behavior.

The feeling of being annoyed comes from within, not from the person. Remember that, and try not to get too wrapped up on being annoyed. Treat them as sources of entertainment value. That always helps me.

Ignore them, if they don't get the hint, they you will have to confront them and then it can get ugly. Someone kept bothering my daughter and she tried ignoring them, but it got so rediculous that she confronted them, then they ended up calling her a bunch of names and saying she must be on her period. Just be prepared for the fallout whichever way you go! Good Luck.

Make yourself invisible, and go somewhere else. They'll be wasting their time wondering where you are. And they won't be able to get to you, because you'll be enjoying yourself with other fun people. When you confront them, that gives them the drama they are looking for, so you won't be playing their game when you take control and avoid them. Peace!

Humiliate them publicly with wit and sarcasm. Make them appear small to everyone around them.

Or, if that don't work, punch a hole clean through the back of their faces.

pop a cap in their ***! just kiddin'......how about a curse?.....nah.....oh wait a minute---you said that they were just annoying and stupid----hell that could be anyone (especially me). So let's try something else that will be good for..It's called acceptance. Accept that some people are just gonna be that way but God made everyone just they are so....try accepting that they are just annoying and stupid and don't think about it another moment...Pray they get better, pray they win the lottery. Now if you really meant that they were messing with you or bullying you, please refer back to the top of the paragraph (I detest bullies!) Safe travels my friend.....Kevin
