You can offer to be a reference for a company, or to display a business card at your reception. For instance, if they give you the cake, you would agree to have a few of their cards by the cake so if someone were interested they could pick up a card. You could also mention it in your program or in a speech such as "And we would like to thank Joe's Floral shop for the awesome arrangements we have today".

But you have to know, that this is very uncommon. Most people would find it tacky to have a sponsored weddings. But I have heard worse! Like the lady who auctioned off her child's name- she was pg and offered the name up on eBay so whoever paid her the most money would be able to name the child (for a year of course).

Think of it like this- you want the whole day to be about you- spending time thanking vendors would be the last thing on your mind!.

I'd shy away from a sponsored wedding... there just aren't enough advantages for all the little things you'll have to do for them in exchange. It will just add more headache.
