Going to Vegas at the end of January, just need to know a cool place to go at the end of December.

How about staying home? It's gotten to be such a hassle travelling at any time, but especially over the holidays.
Why don't you dream up a theme - like - say a different country [Spain, Ireland, CANADA heh heh] or where ever, check out the food for that country - prepare it - put up posters all around the rec room or living room, music [Spanish or etc.] and have a swinging party?

Yeah, I got two; Hilton Head S.C. or church; Hilton Head because each end of the year they have a think tank that former President Clinton been a part of; Sounds good for those who want to do things in the world; Church because there is no better place than to go and be with the Lord; Watch Services are good and happening on Dec 31st.
