I think I'm in love! Im 16 and met a guy off the internet who's 25...we've met each other and he's everything I want in a guy...he's all I think about...am I in love or not?

Love is something serious, it's not something that you can ask others to answer for you. What I can tell you is that many people confuse infatuation with love. When ever you meet some1 new you are excited and everything they do is so cute, charming, and everything they say is so wonderful. You can't stop thinking about them, you can't stop talking about them to your friends and find every way to throw them into a conversation. You want to spend as much time with them as possible-sound familiar?
Well this is how many relationships start and it's important because that's what bonds people, but you have to know that love is when you know the person COMPLETELY, you know their good, you know their bad and you still want to be with them. This usually takes a long time because you don't really start to see the "bad" until later on because every1 wants to show their best self in the Beginning, and ALSO in the Beginning everything the guy does is "cute" and you make excuses or look away at all his short comings until the rose colored glasses come off and you see his true self for who he is. Only then can you answer that question-for yourself!

I'm not sure it could be lust which is often mistaken for love. It may seem exciting and all of those things, but if you really think about it this way, try and really picture it in a year not the fairy tale but the real life. I'm not really wanting to go on about age but it probably wont work. You will meet loads of guys who will make you feel this way enjoy it but just be aware it may not be love.

RUN AWAY!!! 16 and meeting a 25 year old on the net are u nuts.. where is your mother?? Dad?? anyone responsile for keeping u safe?? I think ur 2 young and u can't be too careful... especially online!!

No sweetie, you don't really KNOW him. He could be anyone on here. People prey on younger people like you. Be careful. He's alot older and you just don't know. Don't meet him.
