I'm really into pictures and video with sound...
i'm willing to spend up to 300 dollars. Please help i need it for a concert

If you're talking about an indoor concert, where it's dark, there is only one compact camera that has a chance in low light. The Fuji F30 (and less featured but same optically- F20). And don't miss the $50 rebate for a total cost of ~$216. Or, save even more and get the F20 for $165.
The good news is that they are outstanding cameras, excellent image quality, reasonably cute, tremendous battery life and... cheap.

At the moment there's none doing good still pics plus reasonable video with sound. You should therefore choose which is more important for you. That seems to be video, but that part I don't know as good as still photography.
Many cameras named above are weak in video and have no sound at all.

Will suggest Canon IXus 750. They come in different resolutions....7.1M Pixels, 5, 4 etc etc. Tried and tested! Got a built in mic to name your pictures and also takes some pretty nifty videos

But the bad news is, if you get caught with your new camera in a concert, you will probably lose it to the security guard.

I got mine at a store but Ebay should have them. Mine is an Olympus D-535 Zoom 3.2 Megapixel.Good Luck finding one that you like.They are only like 100 dollars maximum.
