My 17 month old had something similar a while back, and he came out with 4 molars, and two more on the way. I think it could be teething, but call your clinic and have a stool sample brought in just to elimate any serious problems.

Some kids get something called 'Toddler diarrhea' which is just diarrhea for no reason, maybe your son has that. Or is something in his dies upsetting his tummy? Orange juice, well, all fruit juices if not diluted can cause runny stools, but perhaps you should visit the doctor again (I'm assuming you went to the doctor before Yahoo! Answers since this is the third week of it happening) and get a better answer.
Make sure he has plenty of liquids, don't want him getting dehydrated.

My daughter had this same problem. Pooped diarreah like 3 weeks in a row. Then she got better. As long as the kid isn't dehydrated or showing signs of pain, he'll probably be all right.

Time for the brat diet - bananas, rice, applesauce, toast

This should plug the poor little guy up. Avoid greasy food. Give pedialyte. A little pepto should help too.

After 3 weeks should really consult a doctor, it is not good.
