You are perfect. You don't need to loose any weight. If you loose anymore weight, you will have to buy little kids clothes. As it is, you should fit into a 1/2 or 3/4 in Jrs. The smaller sizes are children's Really you don't need to loose any weight. I think that this wieght loss thing is way out of hand. We can't wear a size 3 forever, nor should we expect to. You don't need to look like those models int the magazines or on TV, they are just not healthy. AS long as you get enough excersize and you eat a balanced diet you will be just fine. If you are in any kind of sports or dance, or if you wlak to school, that is plenty of excersize.

Actually 85 lbs is not bad for a 5'1 girl, especially if you have small frame. But 90 lbs is not bad either. If you want to lose 5 lbs try diet and exercising. Diet: cut any type of junk food.

I have no clue why you feel like you need to lose weight. You are already small enough. That's just ridiculous.
One sure fire way to lose weight is diet and exercise though, if you just feel like you have to lose it.
