Mine is my mom's chocolate peanut butter pie. Bassically with homemade soft crust with peanut butter on top of it and she mixes up chocolate pudding, whip cream and another ingrediant or two to it and top it together. IT'S DELICIOUS.

Burgers and Chips
Ingredients

mushroom
roll
ketchup
potatoes
olive oil
salt

Most take-away chips and veggie burgers are either cooked in lard or cooked in the same oil as the meat products. The best thing to do is to cook it at home and it can be very simple.

You can of course cook the chips in your deep fat fryer but you can buy many varieties of oven chips which are suitable for vegans and much easier to prepare. There is a small range of vegan burgers too which would be easy to cook in the oven and served in a roll with salad, ketchup and mustard.

However as a tasty alternative consider serving a fried flat mushroom in a toasted roll. Add a thick slice of tomato and some fried onions with lettuce for a healthy alternative
