Well you should find out if the person that YOU like is available and interested. If he is then tell the person that is interested in you that you arent interested right now but maybe another time. try to go for the person you like and if it works out great! if not then go back to the person that likes you so that you have someone!

tell him that you just want to be friends with him. it's better if you tell him now than later because if he finds out that you like another guy or if you go out with that guy, then he'll probably not want to be your friend. it's better to stay friends, right?

well, if you want you can tell him you like him exactly as a friend nothing more. just bring it up in some convers with a friend. say it loud near him. or to make it non awkward, just try to like him.
