I do not think this has any thing to do with him being a muslim. You did not even mention it in your original Q. I think it jumped to your mind when you were trying to search for a reason why he is so bad person because know in the media (and in Yahoo answers ) every one is abusing, disfiguring and stereotyping muslims. I am a practicing muslim, and I can not find any thing in my religion that justify any bad treatment of human or even animals. Your bf is just a sick person whom you need to escape from him soon. No it is happening because he is an abusive, horrible man. It has nothing to do with being a Catholic or a Muslim.
