Hey there - it could be a viamin B-12 and/or B-6 deficency. I'd suggest taking a B-Complex. I manage a vitamin store & I've had a few people tell me that B-Complex has helped them.

If your having a problem with parts of your body twitching you need to consult a neurologist so he can determine what's going on. Don't wait as twitching isn't a good sign.

Go see a doctor right away.

Otherwise, it could be something like when a fetus twitches or when people run in their sleep - someone may try to use.

Magnesium deficiency can cause or aggravate muscle twitches or spasms. Try taking a calcium-magnesium-zinc pill 3x daily with meals and see if it helps. Check with a doctor if it gets worse or does not improve.
