Not all Muslims want to kill us, I know 2 that don't. Not bad out of 1 and a half million. The rest are ignorant as they believe in something that they were told to believe in, same as Christians. All religion is due to ignorance and need for an answer, remember human sacrifice, burning witches, worshiping the moon and all them Roman and Greek Gods. They were real at the time. Some religions are more a way of life, which is fine, others are based on books written by loads of different people a long time ago and translated many times. Chances of these being accurate, where's my lottery ticket.

Why do Christians want to kill Muslims? Why do Catholics want to kill Pagans? Why are Atheist always talking bad about Christians?
Holy crap people, haven't you ever heard of the word SOME instead of including everyone of a faith into your question? Because not ALL Muslims want to kill Christians, not ALL Christians want to kill Muslims, not ALL Catholics want to kill Pagans, not ALL Atheist talk bad about Christians. Get off your religious-stereotyping high-horse and realize that there are actually nice people within every religion. How about you take some time and learn about the different religions and realize that it's only these ipso-facto nutty fanatics in the groups that are trying to hurt other people.
I would just like to end this little rant by saying MOST people in ALL religions are pretty nice and laid back about things.

Ok- Here goes no major religion is Clean persay. Let us remeber
christanity hasnt as a unified religion killed anyone in over a thousand years. Neither have Hindus, Buddahist, Janist. The only people who still ethinically cleanse are extremist . Also most reilgion from the middle east is war like with a demonized version of God.It is more than likely the heat over there fries the brain.Religions that come from the middle east- Jewish, Christian,Muslim.They are the same damn people fighting the same damn war over and over again.Blah blah Jehovah, Blah Blah Allah, Blah Blah Jesus and Yahweh.

Due to the fact of the overwhelming dogmatism in Islamic thinking.
Insecurities dog their culture and faith.
They have been conditioned not to ask difficult metaphysical questions in the pursuit of obedience to their deity.
Islam doesn't mean peace, it really means submitting to the will of Allah, which so happens to be decided upon my Imam's etc, who are men but certainly not divine messengers.
The only branch of Islam I respect is Sufism, yet such wise mystics are seldom heard or respected in the Islamic world today.
Jihad to a Sufi (I humbly believe) means the spiritual struggle in life, to live accordingly with a universal truth of God, not the call to arms that we find in many Muslim countries around the world today.
Sufism is the personal form of veneration to Allah and not the militarised fundamentalist approach.
Why they would like to kill us could be because as long as other people around the world live, they shall always be judged by their actions.
The Muslim fundamentalist depends on fear for his power and not upon enlightened thought or any grace of God.

Did you forget that the Christian church used to burn people at the stake? The Christian church used to torture people for not following their belief. Do you know millions of people are dying of AIDS in Africa at this very moment, and that the Christian church forbids the condom, the only possible protection from AIDS? The Pope knows the Africans will listen to him and that he's actually killing them. Did you know that you can go on like this for hours, and that there have been books written about the cruelties of our Christian Church? How many Muslims exactly do you know that tried to kill you or anybody you know? You shouldn't always believe what they say on TV, not even on the news. And please, stop generalizing and realize that not all Muslims and not all black people are bad for the same reason not all white people are good: there are good and bad people in every religion and in every country.

Well, I couldn't say it was ALL Muslims. My theory is that the extremests want us to be against all Muslims so they will recruit more extremists. In my opinion, amongst all religions, Islam is attracting the most attention. These Extremeists are giving it a bad name. (Just for the record, I am NOT Muslim).

It's not just Moslems that want to kill, it's evrywhere. But this goes back to history & it all started with the nationalisation of oil in Iran in the 1950's. Britain was the biggest cause of the anti-West movement in the Middle-East, & I don't blame them for distrusting the West ever since if you knew what really happened. Please don't get me wrong, I'm not anti-West, it's nothing to do with us the people but the governments.

They start to hate any one who is not muslim since muhammad told them." kill them anywhere you find them, don't take them as friend, don't even answer them when they say HI to you, insult them, slap their man on face to humiliate him" . Any muslim will tell you different than what I say, they are lying up to their teeth. their families feed them hate from first day they are born. I came from there and I know them very well. They are only nice to you when you agree with them, when you don't than you see the real muslim. and for people who are talking about crusade, can you tell me what muslims were doing before the crusade.

well,not all of thm..............i dont!! and none of the muslims i know hatge other religions either......there might be some muslims(i 'vent met any) who hate other religions but tht must be due to some personal reason.......but i've noticed tht many people in Y! Answers hate the muslims.

wars are always either to do with religion oil or money'
in the koran it says thought shall not kill yet it is interpreted to say kill if you have to by the ones who are against other religions
