Corinthians 1 Ch 14 vs. 34: "Let not your women speak in your churches... they are commanded to be under obediance." So relevant for the 21st Century, the bible.

Hey Dude, In my many years of studying the Holy Bible
(I got saved and became a Christian in 1974), I have not found any passages talking about parliamentary procedure.
However, God did not say that there should not be any guide to conduct any kind of business. Thus, Procedure is also okay to conduct business of any kind. I hope this helped a little dude.
May God Bless ya.

Nope. It didn't exist then. Parliamentary procedures as we know them know have their roots in Anglo-Saxon common law, and were started by pagans, not Jews or Christians.

I would think that many parts that speak of people's conduct in dealing with one another would apply (with respect to pride, honesty, greed, etc.). Proverbs may tell you something about this. Stories themselves and their consequences can also be learned from.
