that would depend on what your sickness is.

get zicam. it works. also, take vitamin C several times a day and 3 sublingual vitamin B-12 everyday (sublingual means you put it under your tongue and it dissolves quickly right into your blood stream, they come in decent flavors, it doesn't taste like a vitamin). drink plenty of fluids, lotsa water, juice (100% juice only, not "juice drink"), and broth. there's a reason chicken soup is good for being sick. get some of the broth that comes in a box (not a can) from the store, heat it up and drink it (if you don't want to boil a chicken and make broth yourself, which if you're sick i'm sure you don't). do this all day today and tomorrow and as much as you can saturday and you should be alot better. you can also put a heating pad or hot compress on your face/sinuses to induce fever-like conditions in the areas that are affected. the heat will help kill the virus.

Without any further information the best thing I can say is . . . if you are tired of being sick:
1) Eat Healthy
2) Get plenty of rest
3) Exercise
4) Drink orange juice daily (high in vitamin C, which is good for the immune system)
5) See a doctor and go over your ailments

If it is cold and flu I really like Zicam. Airborne also works well as a supressant. I work with kids and I take the stuff religiously and it seems to work since I have not gotten sick. If you are sick now try Zicam.

I'm not sure what you have, and hence what you are able to stomach.
Your best bet is to take as much vitamin C as you can possibly tolerate (we're talking thousands of milligrams). Buy the capsules - they're easier to swallow - in 500-1,000 mg. Take 2-4 to start, determining your tolerance. At night swallow down a zinc capsule as well as 1-2 oil of oregano capsules.
Drink plenty of water and sleep, sleep, sleep (drink Nyquil if you can).

Hi,I think you have a mental problem. In that case I can not help you at this time .If it is becoming worse I suggest you get some help from a professional person.if you can not afford the help ,I think there is free professional help through a church consuler or county sponsored service.I think what ever is bothering you should be looked at now. Good Luck

Depends on what is wrong with you. They say laughter is the best medicine but I know for a fact that it is not if you have broke ribs.

3 shots of whiskey and a chunk of real Blue Cheese (yes, the French kind with mold on it).
It'll kill whatever is in you that is causing you to be sick.
