pills..drugs...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep

Ramen noodles are not good for a weight loss diet- the are very high in sodium and they are a simple carb so they do not keep you full for very long and do not provide much nutritional benefits.

Ramen Noodles are extremly unhealthy. They contain a large quantity of MSG which is a food additive that has similar characteristics to salt. MSG is widely used in Chinese food and makes many people ill. If you notice many Chinese places now have NO MSG on their menus for this reason. Ramen Noodles maybe cheap and favorite college kid food.. but becareful.

If you know it's stupid why did you ask. Anybody will tell you that Ramen is not good for any diet.. sure it's a good "treat", but it's full of processed carbs and sodium... neither that will help you lose weight.

They are simple carbohydrates, which have high carb content. In contrast, complex carbohydrates are healthier, like brown rice, oat, bran, whole grain bread.
Plus, you have to look at what kind of noodles they are. The instant noodles are the worst because not only are they oily, they often contain trans fats, which are terrible for you.

Noooooooo. The noodles are FRIED before they are dehydrated. VERY high in fat. There are other noodle bowls available where the noodles are not fried. Check out Annie Chun. Her's a really good!

No, they are not good. They are highly processed, so the carbs that they conatin get absorbed by your body too quickly. Also, they contain a lot of salt, and that increases water retension, you body keeps more water weight.

sooooooo bad for you! ramen has about enough sodium in it to last you more than 2 weeks! maybe not quite that much..but a ton. and it is NOT good for you. pasta isn't really a good choice when trying to lose weight. unless you get whole wheat pasta. stick to salads instead! with fat free dressing.

They are actually fried noodles - which is why they are so crispy. They are pure carbs and no nutritional value.
I would not use these to lose weight
