We live in very hard times. I am 40 and thought things were rough for me. I have watched with how distant and self absorbed
society has become. We live in a world of materialism and shallow persons looking to get ahead but stepping on one another to get there ...then they are amazed the have no fan fair. or family. Humans are very stupid by nature. We never seem to realize our success is based on ability to give more then we receive to allow the come back to be bitter sweet. I feel for your view. I understand though we are for the most part drones looking for a Queen or a pile of gold. When life gets you down do not dwell try to reach within yourself and think of a hobby. If you seek to be a man looking for a cultured women...start taking dancing lessons....great way to meet women and get exercise. You are worth more then money in time you will find your Nirvana...never give up my friend. You have just not found your calling......take care....busy your self reading to seniors or become a big brother.....remember you have all the magic within yourself.....all you need is the courage to open the door and take charge...then you will see how your life will change...

Try this:

Relaxation, meditation.
Also try reading a good book.
The best way to deal with things when they go wrong is to take a break.
Do something else with your mind.
Sudoku works too.

Peace.

I turn to God. Psalm 94:19-"When anxiety was great within me Your [God's] consolation brought joy to my soul."
1Peter 5:7--"Cast all your anxiety on Him for He cares for you."
God offers peace when our lives become chaos and we think it will never end, and He never allows more than we can handle :)
