i use 1/2 the water that it says to use...add frozen vegetable mix(Bird's Eye California Mix), and cook 3 frozen chicken breasts (Tyson Mesquite) in the microwave and throw them in too and add the seasoning pack with some soy sauce and other seasoning and you have a simple meal that is really pretty good

You can use ramen for anything (edible) It the miracle food. I like to put egg and soy sauce in mine. Or you can throw some chez in there.

I buy the noodles in the package - not the cup. Break them up and toast them in the oven with some almonds. Throw them on top of a salad and they are great!

my kids love the ramen noodles.. you can put cheese in them, thats pretty much it though because they are flavored already!!

I personally eat them. I use the flavoring packet, a little black pepper, and on occasion I throw in some leftover chicken meat.

Hawaiian Chicken Stir Fry
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. fresh ginger root, pressed
4 green onions with the tops, thinly sliced
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 packages (3 oz. each) chicken flavor Ramen Noodles
½ cup sweet and sour sauce
1.Using Food Chopper, chop bell pepper. Using Garlic Press, press gingerroot. Drain pineapple juice to measure 2 cups liquid and set aside Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes using Kitchen Shears.
2.Heat Professional Stir Fry Skillet over medium heat until hot. Lightly spray with vegetable oil using Kitchen Spritzer.Add chicken stir fry 3-4 min, stirring frequently using Bamboo spatula. Add ginger root; stir fry 30 sec. Add reserved pineapple juice. Add noodles, broken into pieces and seasoning packets from noodles.
3.Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 min. or until noodles are tender and most of juice is absorbed. Add sweet and sour sauce, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple to skillet.
4.Heat through and serve immediately.
Asian Noodle Bowl
2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups thinly sliced bok choy
½ cups thinly sliced green onions with tops
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
½ cup julienne-cut carrots, 1 inch long
1 1-inch piece peeled fresh gingerroot, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
3 cups water
1 can (14 oz) 100% fat free vegetable broth
2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 package (3 oz) oriental-flavor ramen noodles
1.Dice chicken and thinly slice bok choy and green onions using Chef’s Knife; set aside. Slice mushrooms using Egg Slicer Plus. Using Julienne Peeler, cut carrot into julienne strips; cut strip in 1-in pieces. Peel gingerroot; finely chop using Food Chopper.
2.Place mushrooms, carrots, gingerroot and garlic pressed with Garlic Press in Executive (4-qt) Casserole. Add water broth, soy sauce and seasoning packet from ramen noodles; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, bok choy, onions and noodles. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
