mostly i just need to complain, but if you are good at/would like to givem e advice- feel free!
I am 17 and i work as a receptionmist my dad in a title company (he owns it). I have worked here for 6 months and for the past 4 months it has just been after school. I have had a lot of problems with my step family (like- my step sister molested me and now it is a court case) but now, she is coming up to work and acting like a teenager. she even got my dad to yell at me about how i was dressed (in what i wear at school) when he told me it was fine..and it has been four months. this isnt the only thing she has done and this wasnt all that bad, im just sick of all of it to the point i dont want to work here, or go to my dads anymore.what do i do?

i live with my real mom sometimes (they have joint custody) my real mom doesnt like me to be over there at all either, i just dont want to not see me dad...but almost everytime i do go over there i come home upset.

if your step sister molested you like you say, then there should be something stating that she is to stay away from you. so i would point that out to your dad and to her. if you don't have something saying she has to stay away from you then maybe you should go and get some thing.maybe on your spare time you can look for another job, don't leave this one until you have found some thing else.

talk to the police that is handling your case. you might need to go to court and get a restraining order to keep her away from you that means where you go to school and work. talk to your parents.You talk of dad and step family what about your mom?

Explain to your dad in a letter or an email tell your mom (if you have one)

you need to tell your dad that your stepsister is being rude and that if he doesn't fire her then you'll quit! i'm sure that your dad won't want you to leave. maybe ask him to move your stepsister shift to a different time so that you don't have to see each other as much.

You are old enough to decide where you want to live. You can find you another job if you dont like it there.

Just tell your dad that you don't want to go to his house anymore and you don't have to work there if you don't want to....... just tell him whats on your mind
