When does the balding start to come in when you have ringworm on your head?

I think i have a ringwrom for about 2-3 weeks now, i just noticed it now because i shaved my head yesterday. I'm treating it ASAP but when does it the balding start to come in? The patches are dry but i think there's still hair on it. i hope i'm still early.
