I don't think that credit card can be reloaded. Are you speaking about the credit with the Visa or MasterCard logo on it? If so the answer is no. Once you used them they are gone. Now I do know that department store gift cards may be re loadable. Like Walmart, Target, Kmart, some clothing stores, shoes store and I even think electronic stores cards are re loadable..

ACE Cash Express has reloadable credit cards. It's 10 dollars for the card and 5 dollars for each time you add money to it.

radio shack, they have "green dot" reloadable master cards, these other people are talking about reloadable gift cards, they are different

walmart
supermarkets
and other market places like malls.

Try looking in the cashier part of stores.
