you cant and if you try to hard it scares them off. its happened

If it's at all possible that the boy has an interest in you then all you have to do is tell him you like him and ask him if he is interested in you in the same way. You ladies are making this stuff to difficult men are simple to understand don't hint, don't drop clues, don't beat around the bush JUST ASK

By being yourself. Never act like someone else--there is always going to be people who want you to act a certain way ---but if you have someone who likes you for who you truly are---you know that it is meant to be. Now if it doesn't work---don't worry about it. If being you makes you happy than you wait ---for the right person who is meant to be for you---(he'll be the one to love you for the person you are!). Be yourself. If someone finds you interesting they will be attracted to you. YOu never want to make someone like you. Let them like you because they are interested in you!

if he is shy (like me) you go talk to him and dress attractive to him if you want ovisly
if he isn't shy just make small steps like saying hi and stuff to him till sometime he asks you out and if he doesn't you ask him out and see his answer hope it helps

dont change yourself, he should like you for who you are. and if he flirts and doesnt ask you out its HIS LOSS.. when a boy flirts with me and then doesnt ask me out... i find it VERY comforting to yell ' HE JUST CANT HANDLE ALL THIS!' or 'HE JUST CANT HANDLE ALL MY GOODIES!!'
