You can try a strap of leather or maybe chewing gum. If your job is on the line, I suggest gritting your teeth and grind your way through it. You could try talking to a supervisor about your personal issues and see if they can move you to a different shift or something.
Otherwise the choice is to quit and go somewhere else.

Pretend to not hear the things that he is saying, silence is a silent killer, people hate to be ignored and when you do need to talk to him speak softly and kindly this is also like a bee sting, you never see it coming
