could you nominate some good books to me for learning english?

its "recommend" here not "nominate". You can't say "nominate to me". You could say "could you nominate some good books for learning english" but even then it would sound strange.
As foor books? Pft! Watch TV! You can learn english and have fun.

Curious George, any Dr Suess book. Look in the childrens or easy reader section of the library or bookstore. Glad to hear you wish to learn our language....... Hey now, how can you read this if you don't know how to read English ???????
