lame question. some people pull of skinny, some people pull off thick. and since we all have different genetics, no one has the same dimensions. it would be impossible to agree on a perfect waist measurement

If this is for the waist to hip ratio, it's waist divided by hip measurement? Doing it this way, mine's 1.4 and I'm 20. .71 the usual way.

1) when you can not longer reach and tie your own shoes
2) when "Moo-Moo's" actually sound like an appealing outfit to wear
3) when you need an extension on a seat belt to lock it
You have passed the measurement you were looking for.
Stay healthy and just be happy with who you are - don't try to compete with everyone else since, at the end of the day, your the one who has to be happy with the person looking back in the mirror.

I always say between 24 inches and 28 inches is ideal. HTH : )
