Tell her, if she's around your age, and see what happens. But don't lead on two people for long- you need to decide if you want to stay in your current relationship or what, and be honest with everyone.

Leave the new girl out of your 4 and 1/2 year relationship. Decide what you want to do with that first. Even though its on the rocks I would think after 4 1/2 years you would respect her enough not to cheat. If you decide to end it with your current girlfriend.. then just try asking her out.. of course since you work with her you will have to see her again if she says no or the date doesn't go well. On the other hand it could be awsome. Best of Luck!

First either fix the relationship you are in or end it before you try and ask this other woman out. Once that is done, try to ask this other woman out, but not on a 1-on-1 date. Make it a group lunch. Invite others from the office to go out for lunch. Once you have done this a few times you should have a feel as to how she feels about you. Then you can ask her out on a lunch date(just the two of you). You have to ease into these kinds of things due to office etiquette.

First suggestion, leave you girlfriend before you do anything. If the relationship is over, then make it over. Don't go looking for another woman while you are still with one.

Second suggestion, after (and only after) you dump your girlfriend, then ask your coworker out to lunch. Make it known that you just want to talk. Maybe spill that you just got out of a relationship. That will give her a signal that you are single. Try to shy away from flat out asking her out, but see if she wants to get together another time also.

Ask her out but be sincere with your other girl and stop being shy ´cause if you want to be with her being shy just won´t let you act.

If you have no problem with loosing your job then go ahead. date her.

However, once its over and she decides you are pond scum all she has to do is make one little phone call to HR and your career at that company will be over. All she has to do is say that you are sexually harassing her and you are done. It doesn't even have to be true. All she has to do is FEEL like you ar pressuring her. thats all it takes.

i'm a year younger than you and i'm quite shy. However, i just swallowed my gut and said to myself 'Well, hey, she's just a woman. I'll offer her a drink or something' Then the conversation starts moving

tell her how u feel, da worst dat could happen is her not feeling da same about u. take the risk n tell her, cuz u never know what might happen, n if u dont tell her u could regret it later on. So go 4 it n tell her how u truely feel about her.

Become her friend first. The goal of dating is ultimately to find your spouse.. your one true love. The best advice I ever received was to marry your best friend. I pass it along to you.
