What do i do? my GF is making friends with a girl who is a jerk to me and always trys to break me up with whoever i am going out with? How do u keep them away from eachother or tell my GF? if i tell my GF she will tell the girl cuz my GF actaully thinks that they r friends and then the girl will make fun of me!

I think you should share your feelings with your GF... You can't try to keep them away from eathother because sooner or later your GF will feel caged so just talk to her about it or go straight to her friend and talk to her about it! Tell her to treat you and your relationship with some respect or buzz off (in the nicest way possible, ofcourse-LOL)!
