I don't really have a problem with walking up to a girl and saying hello/what's up or whatever. It's after that point I get really quite and shy. I don't know exactly what to talk about after that. I'm confident in most areas except starting a conversation. I usually draw a blank. And try to work with whatever she's talking about. Any pointers on conversation starters, since I'm a retard in this area? Ty for any input.

I use to be a real ladies man in my bachelor days. Try learning some "bar" tricks, jokes (clean and dirty), Learn a few interesting "ice breakers." For example, I once hit a "dead end" with this one girl. I gave her the change in my pocket. It was maybe a penny, a few dimes, and a quarter. I don't remember. Anyhow, we discussed the things that were happening in our lives during the years on the coins. It sort of bridged the akward moment to a more relaxed dinner.

I think its cute when guys get stuck like that. But I know its probably embarresing for you, so you can talk about a game thats comming up, or some play. Anything she's interested in. Does she skateboard? Ask her about that. If shes a cheerleader, ask her what got her started. If you don't know, ask her, 'So, you in any sports?' Or 'Are you in any after school activities.' Are you still in school? Say somthing like 'did you get mr.insert name here's homework yesterday?' Make sure you dont talk about yourself to much though. But if you find something your both interested in, it will work out perfectly, i promise. Hope this helped :)

Hmm, I like to talk about everything. I can tell you girls love compliments. Find things about her that you can say nice things about (except those private areas! LOL) like i the way you do your make up or your hair. Ask her how her day has been. Ask her her plans for the night. Ask her to do something fun! Once you get past a certain point, convo will just naturally flow!

well if you want to aproach yoru lady friends thats fine but when it comes to girls you like thats probably why you have trouble...try and find out more about that person then try and start a convo. with her....this is courage...thats all it takes COURAGE!!
it can be hard talking to a girl and trying to find the exact thing to say with out her thinking your a jerk and walking away...some people think its cute that boys are shy! (take this advice from me!)

ask her bout what shes doing later {just dont make it sound as u wanna ask her out right away} then ask if she wants to hang out sometime and get to know each other {yea may sound stupid but im not all this good in this area either} try to go from there

well what you can do is start out with something simple like so what did you do today or how was your day today it doenst have to be like really really good just start out with something simple and go from there
