The Fillet-o-fish sandwich is HORRIBLE. 400 calories and 18 grams of fat!(http://www.mcdonalds.com/app_controller.nutrition.index1.html#0) Fish sticks are breaded and also fried. Stay away from anything fried and breaded. It's no good for you.

The fish sandwiches from fast food restaurants are deep fried so cheese or no cheese they are going to be fattening. I think you can buy certain types of fish sticks that are not as bad for you but regular fish sticks are not that good for you. If you bake them in the oven and eat them in moderation, you would not have to cut them out of your diet completely

You're kidding, right? A) No cheese on a McDonald's Sandwich won't help you out all that much.. Don't you know they fry almost everything, and everything's full of fat? B) When food such as fish goes through your body, your body digests it. So there's no reason for your hooh-ha to smell funny unless you actually put the fish stick in your hooh-ha.

If you want to lose weight, DON'T eat fast food at all. If you absolutely HAVE to eat fast food due to time constraints, etc, get a salad or a GRILLED sandwich with no cheese, or mayo. Grilled fish sanwiches are better than fried if you eat it with whole grain bread.

If you wanna lose weight, don't eat any fast food period. Fast food is extremely high in trans fats which will immediately go to your gut. Fish is extremely good for you (high in protein, low in fat) but when you fry it, it does mroe harm than good. If you wanna eat fish, go to the store and buy some that isn't fried.

NO. If you want to eat healthy, nothing breaded, fried, frozen and reheated is good enough.
Also, just don't go to McDonalds or Burger King. Too much unhealthiness all around in those places.

If you bake the fish sticks they are healthier than if you fry them. Fish sandwiches are healthy too when the fish isn't fried.

The protein in the meat is good for you, but the fat in the deep frying part is not good at all. If you want to have a heart attack, then, yes, it's healthy.
