All the ones around here went out of business because people would cancel their checks, so the cash advance place would lose their money! The laws in this state no longer allow such loans because of the too high interest rate and requirement to pay back right away, not payments.

No, but why do you care? Are you in need of a Cash Advance. . . . what are you like stalking all the Cash Advance stores in your area. How do you know that there are nothing but stupid people in there, do you know them (sounds like it, judging from your question, elaboration and inability to use spell check). I am so glad that everyone is not as bigoted as you are. Maybe those people are having a hard time and know no other way out. You don't know those peoples situation, and you can't judge them based on you and your situation. Calling strangers out of their names does not exactly show your maturity much less intelligence. Show a little compassion . . . and a lot less reticule.

I feel more contempt for the stores themselves. They take advantage of the people who can afford it least. I just feel bad for the people who get caught up in it.

I've done it once. They allow you a certain percentage of your cheque for about $20.
