1) Get trays and bleaching solution from your dentist and give your teeth a bleaching treatment for a day or two to get your original color back. During this time period and for 48 hours after wards do not eat or drink anything that stains your teeth i.e red wine, coffee, soy sauce, carrot juice etc.
2) use over the counter crest strips once a week or get professional ones from your dental office. Professional ones are longer so they cover more teeth and higher strength.
3) You can use whitening tooth paste like Supersmile. You can also get this from your dentist's office.
4) In terms of over the counter toothpastes the most effective one is Rembrandt white plus which has the same ingredient in it that is used to whiten the teeth.

Brush regularly with Baking Soda. in addition to your reg. tootpaste or buy toothpaste with Baking Soda in it.
Before there was toothpaste everyone used Baking soda.
