First, chop up some apples, oranges, and bananas. Add butter. Add a cup of chocolate sauce and chop up some olives. Add the mixture to the fruit. Pour in a cup of cream, a cup of pepsi, and a cup of milk. Put on the stove and simmer. Add your favorite cereal to a seperate bowl. Add chocolate sauce and parmesan cheese. Mix that in with the mixture on the stove. Heat for 20 mins. Take off, and eat. Enjoy.

I would chop up the apples, oranges, and bananas to make a fruit salad. Cook either the waffle or the french toast. Top it with the fruit salad then a little yogurt or cream and some chopped almonds.

You could do the same basic thing but put it on cereal instead of the waffle or french toast.

If you want something savory you could make a salad with shredded carrots, chopped celery and chopped olives. Season it with a little garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Cook the waffles or french toast. Top it with Parmesan cheese and a little garlic. Put under the broiler for just a minute to heat the cheese and kind of toast it a little.

Core an apple. Mix enough soft margarine or butter with 1/2 teaspoon (or more, to taste) to fill up the hole in the apple. What kind of jelly is it? If it sounds compatible--red plum or currant, or maybe apricot--mix some of that in also. Wrap in aluminum foil, set on a tray in case it leaks, and bake at 350 for about 45 min. to an hour.

If any of the cereals are corn flakes or frosted flakes:
Chop some almonds and mix with about 1/2 cup of crushed cereal. Unwrap an ice cream sandwich, dip it in milk, and then roll it in the cereal mixture. Top with a dollop of yogurt. (For future reference, this is really good flash fried, but you didn't mention oil).

Stuff some celery with peanut butter.

Mix some orange juice with Ginger Ale and pretend it is a mimosa.

Odd list, but here goes:
Chop almonds. Sauté carrots and celery in butter until tender. Add olives and almons and seasoning of choice: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Sauté another few minutes. Serve with parmesan cheese.
For dessert: layered yogurt parfait with bananas, choc. sauce and whipped cream served in a clear dessert cup. Whip cream with a bit of sugar if you have. Put some yogurt in the cup, add bananas and sauce. Repeat until cup is full. Top with whipped cream and chopped almonds.
Cook's tip: always have canned tomatoes, onions, canned legumes and potatoes or rice in your pantry. Then you can make anything

Make a fruit salad out of the apples, oranges, and bananas. Mix a little of the orange juice with the yougert and a dash of cinnamon to make a sauce for the fruit salad and serve it all over the waffles. You could throw some of the almonds in too! Enjoy!

Par-boil the vegetables in a shallow pan, add them to the remaining ingredients in a large blender. Puree for five minutes on high speed or until the concoction will travel through a drinking straw. Pour into a large beer-stein and top with toasted almonds..... maybe a bit light on protien, but you'll survive. May I suggest Taco Bell?
