take a tad of gel and rub it on your hands and rub your hands through your hair.should work for about 5 hours.

Even a little bit of hand lotion will help. Rub a little on your fingers and smooth it thru your hair. My DD has curly curly hair and one of her fav. products is Noodlehead, you can get it at Sally's beauty supply. I wouldn't spray water on my hair, though, that might help for a little while but then it will just frizz again.

yea i know pantene has a thing for winter.. and it helps dry hair and all the symptoms of winter hair

i've tried this and it works:

take a clothes freshner sheet and rub it on your hair. instantly the static disappears

for the dryness:
add moisturizing conditioner
i like the one's that have coconut oil and vitamin e
