Tattoo Placement?

Question

What do you think about a man having a tattoo of a fleur de lis on the small of his back under his waistline. (just below where women put their stamps)? (Ladies) Do you think this is sexy? Do you think it will be accepted one day just like the acceptance of men wearing one earring on their left ear and then eventually wearing earrings in both ears?

The tattoo would not be visible with underwear on.

What is the meaning behind getting a Fleur de lis tattooed on yourself?

The placement is not nearly as important as the meaning behind it. Anyone who gets a tattoo just to get a tattoo, who doesn't put much (or any at all) thought into it, its completely unsexy.

The tattoo should definitely have a unique meaning and years and years of thought should be put into this decision before getting inked.

I think you should put it on your lower leg, not your hip. I see a lot of guys put it here and it looks good. On the hip I have also seen but I think its less attractive, of course if you're buff and like to go to the beach a lot (haha), that crowd would probably find it cool- if its a cool tattoo. i think you should get it if it represents someting that u believe in just remember that once its on its practically permenant espeacially if u dont want scars down there from gettig it removed, alse a tattoo as intricate as the one u want to get will be hard to cover with another if u change ur mind about it... but who cares what some people think? ittl attract the people who are like you...i have a tattoo covering my whole right side from up under my arm to 3 inches past my waistline of a flock of black outlined swallows it attracts the people i want it to attract, people simalar to me, to me it representsfreedom from society (hurt like a ***** though) if you get one where ypu say ur gonna get its really gonna hurt might wanna take a bottle of jack daniels with, you, go woth it get it who care what other people think? you might start a trend, plus itll give something for you to show off to the ladies,ask if they wanna see your tattoo, when they say yes drop ypuyr drawersXD well good luck

If you have a more slender figure, I would find that to be rather attractive. I think that tattoos and the placement does not have to be gender specific, so go you for being unique and getting what you wanted.

i personally wouldn't think a fleur de lis was sexy on the small of a guys back. maybe a huge one that covers the whole back... but that's just me.

i actually know a guy who has a tattoo there... it's the mudflap girls (the naked chicks back to back) and they are hairy because he has hair on his back. it's gross. but we laugh at it. not sexy

Not a good idea for a guy, i dont see that being an excepted place for putting a tat ever for a guy.
