Your body seems to be craving it. However, there are no bad side effects from drinking water, even too much, except a bit of a tummy ache. Sorry I don't know the reason- maybe more details.

Diabetes is the #1 probability, but there are many things that can cause excessive thirst. Are you actually "thirsty" or are you simply drinking water to avoid eating, such as for weight loss?

One problem with overhydration is excessive loss of water soluble vitamins from you body. An example would be Vitamin C. You should make certain that you get to a good internal medicine physician for a complete blood workup and physical evaluation.

It could well be that diabetes would be the best possible cause!

Well, there are several reasons you drink a lot of water.

1. You do a lot of exercise and you sweat a lot. In this case, you need a lot of water to make up for the water your body loses when it sweats

2. You eat something very salty. The salt drains the water from your body and you need more water to make up for that.

3. It is really really hot. In this case, you're always feeling like you need water so you don't sweat as badly

oftentimes, confident, you will lose a nominal volume of weight with the help of increasing your water intake. It facilitates to do away with pollution from you physique, and the extra you drink the fewer you save, so which you will lose a small volume of "water weight." certainly, once you do no longer drink sufficient water your physique preserves it and holds directly to as much because it may in case it would desire to no longer get to any extent further. once you strengthen your intake, your physique realizes it gets what it needs and subsequently does not might desire to save it. So it eliminates what it does not choose precise away. As for the pimples, i'm uncertain how long that's going to take to sparkling up, extremely if it relatively is the only factor you're doing. I think of that's going to take extremely a whilst. besides the shown fact that, you're truly helping your physique to be extra healthful, so whether it does not help with the pimples, save on! you're doing something super for you.

Diabetes is the first thing I thought of when I read the question. I was thirsty like you when I was diagnosed with Type 2. I still have problems now but working with my doctor will help. Please, make the appointment with your doctor to rule it out and they can ask you questions for other problems that cause being so thirsty.

Taking in too much salt.

Don't downplay the diabetes thing because it happened to me and there is absolutely not one in my family on both sides for generations who was every diabetic: just me.
