Why did you say no then, and what changed? I'd analize my feelings, and why I now want to go out with him and didn't before. Also observe him. What has he done since you said no? Is he showing interest in any other girls? Still seem like he's interested in you? If the answers are satisfying then talk to him. Say you've thought a lot about it, and are interested after all

I would show him in some way that I like him, and if I'm outspoken, I might even go as far as asking him out myself if I'm really that into him like my friend did. But I would just flirt with him a lot to show him that I like him and see what happens.

I would tell him i liked him then. but i had other important things to do than to worry about a guy right now. and that i'm not ready for a boyfriend right now.
