ive been taking creatine lately and i know you are supposed to drink lots of water with it, i have been forcing my self to drink more then i usually doo. If i am not drinking enough water with my creatine, am i screwed, or can i just start drinking more water now and i wont screw up my liver, or is it already screwed up?

Forget the creatine and stick to a high protein high carb diet. The muscle produced through creatine will get flabby quick if you stop lifting weights. Doing it naturally will make it better quality and last longer. Stick to eating quality steaks and boiled eggs and tuna. Stuff like that.

creatine is just water muscle, as soon as you stop taking it your muscles will gradually go away. creatine is probably the worst steriod for you to take, im not recommeneding steriods or anything i dont use them, but creatine is the lowest of low steriods....if your serious about getting big go spend money on something else

you are wasting your money
creatine makes you look bulked up by storing water in your muscle cells, so taking creatine and not drinking water will result in nothing

a gallon of water a day is plenty, and creatine doesn't grow muscle...it helps to retain water in the muscles
