He goes out of the bathroom only for eating. Sometimes he sleep in his old places into my house, but only sometimes

maybe its warm there beacuse of the pipes carrying hot water, my elderly cat likes to sleep in the bathroom for that reason

Get him to the vet NOW. Whenever a cat starts acting unusual he's trying to tell you something. Since he's still eating, then whatever the problem is hasn't progressed too far.

Male cats often get a urinary tract infection that can be fatal and sometimes requires major surgery.

If your house is too warm, it may be cooler in the bathroom.
Or he could have a bladder problem. My cat did and used to stay in the tub to go to the bathroom.

Something is wrong with him. I'd get him to the vet a.s.a.p. He sounds like he isn't doing well at all.

He could have kidney stones.... which could kill him. Get him to the vet ASAP.
