You definitely have a way with words. You should hook up with Mr Frost and let Clause be alone. It's the holiday season, so I'm sure he is plenty busy. Besides, you know that you can't have your cake and eat it too without sometimes upsetting your tummy. If Frost is too cold for ya, there's always the elf's.

Let him know how you feel, good or bad. Give him a descent chance. Then dump him if he doesn't listen.
If your married I suggest counseling, second. He may be soo caught up on the prize (bringing home the bacon and paying the bill- keeping a roof over your heads that he need a reminder).

If you aren't getting anything out of the relationship there is not point in staying with it. Unless you really love him, but it sounds like you don't, and if he is unwilling to make time for you, go find someone who will appreciate you and want to spend time with you.
