how can i start to feel sexy again . befor me an my boyfriend got together i felf so good abowt my self then after a month if being with him i feel crap abowt myself?????

Is it something he is saying or doing that would make you feel this way? These are things you must ask yourself when in this type of a situation. I mean there is no need to be around people who extract from your life than add to it. I was married to someone who treated me like a princess and as time went by that deteriorated and at 110 lbs I was told I was overweight so I became anorexic, I was told I was ugly but couldn't understand that because I had done modeling. I left him and divorced him after I had consumed so much negativity from him and now I have my self esteem back and a wonderful bf of 4 years who does nothing but boast me and my self esteem but you have to learn that you can be with someone who treats you better than you are being treated now. There is no excuse for that ever.

Sounds like your boyfriend has a "me" problem and does not respect you. Don't do things you don't feel good about just because he asks. Talk to him, he needs to remember that it is better to give than to recieve. If he doesn't come around, leave him. We all have the right to feel good about ourselves and when you do you will feel sexy again, even more so if you love yourself enough to not be involved in sex until you are married.

why is that, does he berate you, does he make you feel like your not worth it. or is it just you. if it's just you all you have to do is go get a nice hair cut put a little color to highlight your hair. get you some sexy underwear just for yourself wear them underneath your clothes and it's your little sexy secret. if you have some extra cash to spend treat yourself to a small makeover get your eyebrows done, get a Mani & a Pedi buy some cute sexy tops some tight jeans and dont forget the sexy heels or boots once you start to spruce up you will feel better instantly. if you don't have extra money go in your closet and get out your nice sexy clothes and put them on and get your sexy back. take bubble baths with candles. just take some me time to rediscover yourself . and if you need more tips i have thousands you can contact me at me group called DIVASTYLES@yahoogroups.com hope to hear from you i can really hook you up .

If when you were not with him you felt amazing about yourself and now with him you feel like crap. Its more likely than not the man. Get rid of him. A man is not supposed to make you feel like that.

Are you sure it isn't coming from him?
If it isn't coming from him (the way he treats you, mentally and physically) then it is coming from yourself. That just means you need to feel confident about yourself again. What did you do before to be confident about yourself? Do that again.
